Our Team

Why choose us

IMG_0467.jpeg

1

Independent

We are owned and run by husband and wife vets Tristan and Sarah Martin, who personally provide tailored care for every patient who comes through our doors here in Battersea. We don't have investors, targets, or inflated prices. We'll always discuss all options if your pet needs treatment.

2

Health Plans

We offer Classic and Essential health plans, allowing our clients to choose the best plan for them, and to budget for their preventative healthcare month by month while also making significant savings.

This goes hand in hand with us always providing fair and transparent pricing.

3

Experienced Vets

Tristan and Sarah both trained at Cambridge University, where they met over 20 years ago. Cambridge is known for its academic excellence and clinical depth, and their years there shaped the careful, evidence-based approach they bring to their patients today.

4

Services

We offer a full range of veterinary services for pets here in Battersea and the surrounding SW11 area, from vaccines and surgery, to in-house diagnostics, lab and laser therapy.

5

Referral Care

We have an amazing team of specialists who look after our patients at our clinic if they need advanced care such as cruciate surgery, heart investigations, or BOAS surgery.

6

Facilities

Our clinic is purpose built with patient and client care in mind. We'd love to show you around, pop in and see for yourself!

7

Emergencies

If you need an emergency vet during the day, please call us on our normal number.

Out of hours, we use Veteris, an independent service with a practice in Clapham as well as a home visit service. Call our normal number and you'll be put through to the Veteris team.

8

Cats

Cats need a bit of extra quiet, and some cats are just not cool with being around dogs. That's why we have a dedicated cat waiting room, consult room and ward, so they can stay chilled out with low lighting, cat pheromones – and no dogs!

9

Communication

We know how busy life can be. We're always here on our App so you can ask questions, get quick advice and book or rearrange appointments. You can also phone us, email, follow us on social media, or drop-in for a treat if you're passing by!

Looking to travel?

Tristan and Sarah are both authorised to provide export and travel certificates, EHCs and AHCs, from Battersea and across London. Tristan is also an OV66 vet, so we can provide export certificates for pets to Australia.
